""This video preview will be part of my full review of the newly released LCDVF Loupe-style viewfinder for hybrid digital SLR's. My full review will be coming within the next week or so, after I have had a chance to use it out in the field over the upcoming weekend.

Additional information:

The LCDVF offers 200% magnification and a price tag of $181 with shipping ($159 + $22). This price is double that of the Hoodman Loupe and half that of the Zacuto Z-Finder V2.

The LCDVF includes two metal frames (one is a spare) that mounts to the 3.0" LCD using a strong but removable adhesive backing. The bottom rim of the viewfinder features four magnets that create a surprisingly strong bond when placed on the metal frame. This keeps the viewfinder from sliding around or popping off during use.

Unlike the Z-Finder V2, the LCDVF does not feature an eye diopter so those that are far sighted might have a problem. Personally, I am near sighted and the viewfinder looked crisp and clear

Isn't the interface frame sleek? Almost invisible.

Low profile (1.25mm) mounting frame allows for easy cleaning of the LCD screen.
This frame is not a magnetic one as some would think after reading some intentionally incompetent reviews.
Vice versa it is a metal shield that further protects the camera. This sort of shield disables the magnetic field generated by the magnets found in the LCDVF mounting system. Basically it sucks in the magnetic field of the magnets and in return acts an ingenious mounting system.
Magnets used in the system are as weak or as strong as are those found in MacBook's safe power cord. We have tested with magnets 10x as strong for about two months continiously and no harm was done to any camera or any electronic devices including memory cards.

Attaching this metal interface frame to a Nikon D90.
This metal frame also acts as a magnetic shield for additional safety.
Talking about safety, you can hear a 28mm f2 prime falling off the table at the end :)...
